Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery; or

  • The incorrect product was shipped.

3. CLAIM CONDITIONS

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us at info@peptideslab.tech within 48 hours of delivery;

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence.

4. NON-DELIVERY

In case of non-delivery:

  • A carrier investigation will be initiated;

  • Resolution (replacement or not) is at our sole discretion.

5. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Customs seizures or regulatory issues;

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

  • Buyer’s remorse;

  • Improper handling or misuse.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with full evidence of policy acceptance and order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to ban customers initiating fraudulent disputes.
