REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

The product is damaged upon delivery; or

The incorrect product was shipped.
3. CLAIM CONDITIONS
To be eligible:

You must contact us at info@peptideslab.tech within 48 hours of delivery;

You must provide clear photographic evidence.
4. NON-DELIVERY
In case of non-delivery:

A carrier investigation will be initiated;

Resolution (replacement or not) is at our sole discretion.
5. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do NOT provide refunds for:

Customs seizures or regulatory issues;

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

Buyer’s remorse;

Improper handling or misuse.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with full evidence of policy acceptance and order fulfillment.
We reserve the right to ban customers initiating fraudulent disputes.
