All products sold by PeptidesLab.tech are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).

2. ORDER POLICY

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion;

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice.

4. PAYMENT

Full payment is required before shipment.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped primarily via La Poste or equivalent carriers.

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days depending on location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs processing delays;

  • Seizure or confiscation by authorities.

6. INTERNATIONAL SALES

Customers are fully responsible for verifying the legality of products in their country.

We disclaim all responsibility for:

  • Import restrictions;

  • Regulatory violations;

  • Customs refusal or destruction.

7. TRANSFER OF RISK

All risks transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

8. NO WARRANTIES

All products are sold “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transaction and report fraudulent activity.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control.
